Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast (7 ml)
- 1 cup (250 ml) carbonated water (warm)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons (12 ml) salt
- 2 2/3 cups (650 ml) 00 pizza flour
- 2 tablespoons (25 ml) Olive Oil
Directions:
- Mix together flour, salt and yeast in large bowl.
- Add water and oil. Attach bowl & dough hook to mixer, turn to Speed 2 and mix about 1 minute or until well blended.
- Knead on Speed 2 about another 2 minutes longer. Dough will be sticky.
- Put dough in two greased bowls, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in warm place, free from draft, about 1 1/2 hour, or until doubled in bulk.
